•  As stated in the owner' s manual parts will fatigue and eventually break. The most common reasons for hammers to have issues are the following reasons.

1. Not enough air pressure or air leaks.
2. Adding oil into the air system. DO NOT ADD OIL TO THE SYSTEM.
3. Signal switch failure from constant heavy vibrations.
4. Air cylinder failure from oiling or failure to keep mounting nuts tighten per maintenance manual.

• I called the parts department for help when my hammer broke after a year of service. They were quick to help diagnose and had the parts to me the next day.
